Just a short walk your on the fantastic beach Klong Dao where you also have both swedish schools nearby.

To the city Saladan its just a few minutes walk and all the shopping , restaurants etc.

The apartment is really bright and newly upgraded and have two balcony’s, one of them is 20 square meters and great for socializing.

There is 1 bedroom with king size double beds, And in the living room/ Kitchen its a new Bed Sofa.

The kitchen is equipped with fridge / freezer, cooker, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cold water for drinking water and various utensils. Its open plan between the kitchen and the living room which has a sofa for 3-4 persons. TV  with flat screen TV, Google Chromecast  (no TV channels) and a large terrace with dining table with chairs.

The bathroom is brand new and its fiber in the apartment

Its perfect for 2- 4 persons, The bed sofa is really easy to make a great bed.

Free access to the pool is included and cleaning once a week.

WIFI in the whole apartment thru a private fiber connection so fast and stable.

Green-season 1^st May – 15^th November 9100 thb a week. (1300 thb per night.)

Mid-season 15^th November – 20^th December 16100 thb a week. (2300 thb per night.)
Peak-season 20^th December – 10^th January 28000 thb a week. (4000 thb per night.)

High-season 10^th January – 31^st March 21000 thb a week. (3000 thb night)

Mid-season 1^st April – 30^th April 11200 thb a week. (1600 thb night.)

4-8 weeks -10% on above prices.

8-12 week -20% on above prices.

12 weeks and more -30% on above prices.

Not included in the above prices are:

A service fee of THB 2,000 (for check out cleaning, laundry and more).

Electricity by consumption at 8 THB/kwh and water at 50 THB/unit.
