There is 1 bedroom with king size double beds, wardrobe with safety box and AC.  In the hallway behind a curtain you have a bunkbed with bed lights.

The kitchen is equipped with fridge / freezer, cooker, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cold water for drinking water and various utensils. Its open plan between the kitchen and the living room which has a sofa for 3-4 persons. TV bench with flat screen TV, Google Chromecast and DVD (no TV channels) and a large terrace with dining table with chairs and a sun lounger and direct access to the pool.

WIFI in the whole apartment thru a private fiber connection so fast and stable.

You also have access to one off Koh Lanta’s nicest pool´s and it was just renovated with new azure blue tiles and 4 new pumps and filters in September 2019.

Our pool is 600++ sqm big and there are two children sections, on both short side of the pool you have sun loungers and outdoor showers.

Green-season 1^st May – 15^th November 14000 thb a week. (2000 thb per night.)

Mid-season 15^th November – 20^th December 22800 thb a week. (3400 thb per night.)
Peak-season 20^th December – 10^th January 41650 thb a week. (5950 thb per night.)

High-season 10^th January – 31^st March 28000 thb a week. (4000 thb night)

4-8 weeks -10% on above prices.

8-12 week -20% on above prices.

12 weeks and more -30% on above prices.

Not included in the above prices are:

A service fee of THB 2,000 (for check out cleaning, laundry and more).

Electricity by consumption at 8 THB/kwh and water at 50 THB/unit.
