Baan Kirikhan Villa is Located about 7-10 minutes’ walk from Klong Kong beach. Nice beach with lots of restaurants, massage places, bars and there are also restaurants and 7/11, pharmacies etc. along the main road below the house.

The house is magnificent and very spacious and airy. The materials are of a high class and of course AC is installed in all rooms.

The Baan Kirikhan villa is located in one of the most exclusive residential areas on the island of Koh Lanta and has a generous living space of 280 sqm. A large newly built swimming pool with large and spacious terrace integrated into the house with fantastic openable panoramic doors that invite you to a sunny and wonderful life. The area is located on a hill above the beautiful Klong Khong beach with stunning views of the Andaman Sea and Phi Phi Islands etc.

On the ground floor is a well-equipped spacious kitchen with dining for 10 people, panoramic doors out with another dining table outdoors on the pool terrace. Three bedrooms with separate bathrooms.

Upstairs is a large and spacious master bedroom with a large bathroom, a lovely living room / lounge with room for many, TV with surround sound, Apple-TV, a big balcony on two sides with large folding glass doors. The possibility to open up and double the size of the living room offers perfect opportunities for social life and relaxation. The floors are in beautiful Italian tiles and marble with the exception of the living room and upper bedroom where the floors are dark parquet. The whole house is furnished with specially designed Thai decor.

WIFI in the whole villa and an Apple-TV is connected to the TV in the living room.

Bedroom 1: King size double bed with a large private bathroom with shower and tub.

Bedroom 2: Queen size double bed with private bathroom.

Bedroom 3: Two single beds and there is a pull-out single bed under one of the beds.

Bedroom 4: King size double bed which can also be converted into twin beds.

The villa can accommodate a maximum of 8 adults.

The house has air conditioning in all rooms, large garage for car and mopeds. The house is in superb condition and very well maintained. The whole area is exceptionally well taken care of and nicely planned. Fast Wifi with Apple TV for both movie and SVT play etc.

There is another nice and well-kept pool with large pool deck which has a fantastic sea view. The pool is 16 * 6 meters and is common to the area, where there is also a shower. Pool is about 2 minutes’ walk from the house.

If you want to swim in the sea, take the car / moped or a 7-10-minute walk down to the sandy beach at Klong Kong.

There is also a highchair as well as a crib in the villa.

Distance to the Swedish School is about 8 km and in to Saladan about 10 km.
