GROUND FLOOR
Kitchen with dining area for 6 people. The kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, electric stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, water boiler, toaster, cold water dispenser for drinking water and various kitchen utensils as well as air conditioning. Bedroom 1 contains a Queen size double bed, large closet, safety box and air conditioning. The bathroom is fully tiled with shower, toilet and sink.
Living room with sofa for 6 persons. TV bench with a flat-screen TV, Google Chromecast and DVD (no TV channels). Private terrace with dining table and 6 chairs, 1 sun lounger, umbrella and direct access to the pool via its own staircase.
2ND FLOOR
Bedroom 2 contains a queen size double bed, large closet as well as air conditioning. Bedroom 3 with entrance from the balcony has a bunk bed or 2 single beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers and air conditioning.
The bathroom is a fully tiled shower, toilet and sink.

You also have access to one of Koh Lanta’s nicest pool´s and it was just renovated with new azure blue tiles and 4 new pumps and filters in September 2019.
Our pool is 600++ sqm big and there are two children sections, on both short side of the pool you have sun loungers and outdoor showers.
