Single story villa for up to nine people with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Spacious terraces that are made for socializing and only 50 meters to the Swedish school (Sanuk).

The house has a large kitchen and combined living room with dining area for 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge/freezer, gas & electric stove, microwave, regular oven and other kitchen utensils. The living room has two sofas and a 55 inch smart TV. Conveniences such as a large fridge and freezer with ice cube function as well as a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer make this house a pleasant home.

Bedroom 1, king size bed, large wardrobe, work bench, wall fan and an AC/air conditioning. There is also a bathroom with toilet and shower.
Bedroom 2, king size bed, wardrobe, wall fan and an AC/air conditioning.
Bedroom 3, bunk bed for two people, a large wardrobe, wall fan and an AC/air conditioning. There is also a wall-mounted TV with sockets for various consoles.
Bedroom 4, bunk bed with room for three people, large wardrobe, desk, wall fan and an AC/air conditioning. Under the bed is another pull-out bed. Next to these bedrooms is a bathroom with shower and toilet.

The front porch, located by the entrance, is completely covered and has two ceiling fans. Here there is a sofa group in bamboo with room for five people and a dinner table for eight to 10 people. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer on the balcony, which guests are welcome to use. The second terrace is on the west side of the house and has a nice saltwater pool with a newly laid tile balcony floor and an outdoor shower. There are four sunbeds, a coffee table and also space for a larger table that can be set up if needed.
