Spacious beachfront villa on the beach with newly built exclusive pool area.

The villa is located at the beach with amazing sea views and the sunsets from here are something special.

The villa is about 200 sqm and has 4 well equipped bedrooms, big open kitchen and living room.

The kitchen has fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster mixer, rice cooker and more, so all you need if you want to cook and a big dining table and chairs. In the living room you have a comfy sofa set and large smart-TV and there is also AC in the kitchen living room.

Just outside the kitchen/living room you have a big roofed terrace with a nice sofa set for up to 8 people and you also have a big sala by the pool with a dining table for 10 people with ceiling fans.

The pool and pool area were built during summer 2019, big pool with a built in jacuzzi and a shallower kid’s section. 3 built in sun loungers at the shallow end in the pool facing the sea. On the pool deck you have 8 sun loungers and an outdoor shower and at the beach you have a smaller sala for chilling just by the beach.

Starter pack with beers, soft drinks, fruits, coffee, snacks, mosquito spray, shampoo, showers gel and body lotion is included in the prices.

Bedroom 1: Two single beds and a childbed, desk, chest of drawer’s TV with HDMI and AC.

Bedroom 2: King size double bed, closet, TV with HDMI and AC.

Bathroom 1: Bathtub, Shower, toilet and sink.

Kitchen and Livingroom.

Bedroom 3: King Size bed, closet and AC.

Bedroom 4: Bunkbed, closet and AC.

Bathroom 2: Toilet and sink.

Green Season (1^st May – 15^th Nov) 47600 thb per week. (6800 thb per night)

Mid-Season (16^th Nov – 19^th Dec) 60200 thb per week. (8600 thb per night.)

Peak Season (20^th Dec – 10^th Jan) 140000 thb per week. (20000 thb per night.)

High Season (11^th Jan – 31^st March) 96600 thb per week. (13800 thb per night.)

Mid-Season (1^st – 30^th April) 60200 thb per week. (8600 thb per night.)

Weekly cleaning and laundry of bedlinen and towels are included in the above prices.

Longstay discounts:

4-8 weeks -10% on the above prices.

8-12 weeks -20% on the above prices.

12 weeks or more -30% on the above prices.

Extra´s:

Daily housekeeping on the villa +6000 thb per week.

Breakfast chef in the villa 2500 thb per day. (including breakfast for 8 people)

Private massage in the sala by the sea from 500 thb for one hour Thai massage, ask us for more options.

Sunset seafood BBQ in the villa from 1500 thb per person depending on menu. (minimum 6 people.)

We can also help you arrange all tours and trips and you will get picked up and dropped of at the villa.

Why dont you rent your own private speedboat for a day and explore the islands like Koh Rook, Koh Kradan, Koh Muuk or Koh Ngai. The boat is yours so you can make your own trip.

Not included in the above prices is a service fee of 3500 thb per booking for check out cleaning, laundry and villa check).

Electric (7thb/unit) and water (50thb/unit) is charge after consumption we check the meters at check in and check out, a deposit of 10000 thb (cash only) for damages, electric and water consumption will be collected at check in.
