The family Lanta apartment is about 86 sqm and are located on the second floor with a large balcony with wonderful views of our nice pool and the surrounding resorts.

There is two family apartment like this one at Sai Naam Lanta Residence.

There are 2 bedrooms with king size double beds, wardrobe and AC in both bedrooms, in the master bedroom there is also a safety box, 2 bathrooms with shower, one bedroom has private access from the master bedroom.

The kitchen is equipped with fridge / freezer, cooker, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cold water for drinking water and various utensils. From the kitchen it is open to the living room which has a sofa for 5-6 persons. TV bench with flat screen TV, Google Chromecast and DVD (no TV channels) and a large balcony with wonderful views of the pool area at Sai Naam and the surrounding resorts.

WIFI in the whole apartment thru a private fiber connection so fast and stable.

You also have access to one off Koh Lanta’s nicest pool´s and it was just renovated with new azure blue tiles and 4 new pumps and filters in September 2024.

Our pool is 600++ sqm big and there are two children sections, on both short side of the pool you have sun loungers and outdoor showers

Prices:

Green-season 1^st May – 15^th November 16100 thb a week. (2300 thb per night.)

Mid-season 15^th November – 18^th December 26600 thb a week. (3800 thb per night.)
Peak-season 18^th December – 12^th January 43400 thb a week. (6200 thb per night.)

High-season 12^th January – 31^st March 30800 thb a week. (4400 thb night)

Mid-season 1^st April – 30^th April 20300 thb a week. (2900 thb night.)

Long stay discounts:

4-8 weeks -10% on above prices.

8-12 week -15% on above prices.

12 weeks and more -20% on above prices.

Not included in the above prices are:

A service fee of THB 2,000 (for check out cleaning, laundry and more).

Electricity by consumption at 8 THB/kwh and water at 50 THB/unit.
